PAEDIATRICIAN & PAEDIATRIC GASTROENTEROLOGIST & HEPATOLOGIST

Dr Chong Sze Yee has 17 years of vast clinical experience in General Paediatrics and he is an expert in the field of paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition for more than 10 years. He is the head of Paediatric Gastroenterology Service for the Ministry of Health Malaysia. He has a successful track record in establishing critical clinical functions, including setting up Paediatric Gastroenterology and Paediatric Endoscopy Services at previous institutions (Hospital Pulau Pinang) and at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun. He also established the MOH’s first Specialized Nutrition and Feeding Clinic at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, demonstrating his focus on comprehensive nutritional care for children. This experience will be instrumental as we look to expand our specialized services.
